An Intermediate Vinyasa Power Flow class that promotes stillness of the mind through movement of the body, breath, and music. Through a fast paced yoga flow, this class incorporates elements of cardio, strength building, and stretching, making this class ideal for someone who wants to get a workout in while also taking care of the mind.

Perfect if you have taken some yoga classes or if you are a beginner who participates in other forms of exercise.
