MONDAYS 7-7:30PM | ONLINE Join us for a free, welcoming meditation group designed for all experience levels. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this is a space to slow down, connect, and cultivate mindfulness in a supportive community. Each session includes a guided meditation, brief lessons on mindfulness, and time for reflection. You’ll learn simple techniques to bring more presence, clarity, and ease into your daily life—all in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself and an open mind. Come as you are and take a moment for yourself each week.
